Manager Mark Yates could also hand a second debut to Blackpool defender Eastham, who has returned on loan until the end of the season, if all the paperwork is completed in time.
Justin Richards has been suffering with tonsilitis this week but he trained on Thursday and Yates is confident the striker will be in contention.
On-loan Joss Labadie has extended his stay with the Robins and will be looking to keep his place in the middle of the park, while fellow midfielder Josh Low returns from suspension.
Captain Shane Duff continues to make strides in his recovery from an Achilles problem and is in line to return to full training by the end of March.
