Town have lost gate receipts due to their last two home matches being postponed because of a frozen pitch.
The club has earned around £50,000 from a cup run that saw them beaten by Southampton in round two towards the end of last month.
"We invested over £10,000 in frost covers at the start of the season, they haven't worked but there's nothing we could do," Baker told BBC Points West. "It does really impact upon the cash flow, you rely on your gate receipts because for us they're still our most important source of revenue.
"When you lose a game on a Saturday, it's a major blow and the double whammy is you lose that gate and then the re-arranged game on a Tuesday night the gates are that much lower. I reckon losing a Saturday game costs us about £10,000.
"Fortunately we've had the FA Cup run, the gate receipts from the Southampton game will tide us over."
