Duo banned for Lambs
Charlie Allen and Richard Peniket will miss Tamworth's FA Cup first-round tie against Cheltenham through suspension.
On-loan Gillingham midfielder Allen was sent off on his debut in the Lambs' goalless league draw with Braintree last Saturday while Peniket must serve a one-match ban after the striker was booked for the fifth time this season in the same game.
Jordan Rose and Jack Evans are also definite absentees with their ongoing knee problems but fellow defenders Wayne Thomas (calf) and Matt Regan (hamstring) could come back into the reckoning.
Tamworth boss Dale Belford will also monitor midfielders David Morgan and Richie Baker (thigh). On-loan Morgan has been receiving treatment back at parent club Nottingham Forest this week after suffering a groin injury against Braintree.
Cheltenham will be without midfielder David Noble.
The Rotherham loanee is serving a one-match ban after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season in their 2-2 draw with York last weekend.
But Mark Yates has received some positive news with winger Jermaine McGlashan (hamstring) and defender Steve Elliott (knee) back in training on Thursday and the pair could both play on Saturday.
Ashley Vincent is continuing a mini pre-season to work on his fitness but again could be involved and Yates has no other injury worries as his side look to avoid a cup upset at The Lamb.
