Ade Akinbyi, Marcus Hall, John Eustace, Wayne Thomas, and Richard Johnson are all suspended, while defender Clint Hill is injured.
Stoke have, however, promised to consider a possible return to Cheltenham for Wilson, and Robins' boss John Ward said 'Hopefully his return to Stoke will be a short-term one, and we will be looking into the possibility of bringing him back.'
